They said they didn’t see you. We make sure they see your case.
Riders take the hardest hits and face the most blame. Insurance companies assume bikers were speeding or showing off. Talal Perez Ghosheh builds the evidence that tells what really happened.

The crashes we see most
Left turns in front of you
The most common way a driver hurts a rider: “I didn’t see him.”
Lane changes & merges
A car moves into your lane without checking the blind spot.
Rear-end hits
A distracted driver doesn’t stop when you do.
Road hazards
Gravel, potholes and debris that a car barely notices can take down a bike.
Myths the insurance company counts on
Juries and adjusters bring assumptions about motorcycles. Your case has to answer them.

Evidence that matters in a motorcycle case
- Your helmet and gear: don’t throw them away
- Photos of the bike, the car and the road surface
- Helmet cam or dash cam video, if you have it
- Witnesses, especially other riders or drivers
- Nearby business and traffic cameras, requested early

I wasn’t wearing a helmet. Can I still make a claim?
Georgia requires helmets for riders and passengers. But not wearing one doesn’t automatically end your claim, especially for injuries a helmet wouldn’t have prevented. How it affects a case depends on the facts.
Is lane splitting legal in Georgia?
Georgia law generally prohibits riding between lanes of traffic. If you were lane splitting, the insurer will argue fault. Comparative fault rules may still allow a recovery.
Does my motorcycle insurance cover my injuries if the driver has no insurance?
Possibly, through uninsured motorist (UM) coverage on your bike policy or a household auto policy. We review every policy.
What does it cost?
Nothing up front. Contingency fee: no attorney fee unless we recover money for you.
